- Bali Residence is a privately owned residential area with 115 individual houses with year-round living, long-term housing and short-term housing.
- The community has no common reception.
- Remember to take extra consideration early in the morning and late evening so as not to disturb other residents.
- Each house has a private plot that should only be entered when you have a case to the house.
- Grass is fragile in this country, use the paths available. If possible avoid shortcutting.
- Respect speed limits, maximum speed is 20 km/h.
Dont let minors drive vehicles. - Use common sense when parking vehicles, the intended parking space should be used. If there is no parking at house, there are parking spaces at the restaurant to use.
- Idling is not allowed
- Pool area and restaurant are non-smoking areas, smoking is done at designated location.
- In tropical climate, snakes and other unknown animals live. Contact the guard for discomfort.
